The bathroom had dirt and buildup around the fixtures, and there was even a used washcloth left behind from a previous guest. It made the room feel unsanitary. The next morning, housekeeping knocked on our door at least four times around 10:00 AM, so it was hard to relax before checkout. We also had an uncomfortable welcome. The entrance doors were locked, and guests had to be let in by someone inside. When I asked at check-in about breakfast hours, the response was unnecessarily rude: “If you allow me to talk, I’m going to get there and explain everything.” Cleanliness and hospitality were both missing from our stay. I wouldn’t choose this place again.

The breakfast was great, and the young man keeping the food stocked was on top of things and very friendly. Our room was spacious and incredibly clean, and I slept better than I had in a long time. We stopped here on Saturday night while heading back to Virginia from Florida. The front desk clerk working at 9:20 PM was amazing and friendly, though I didn't catch her name. This was a relaxing stop, and I’ll keep the hotel in mind for future trips to and from Florida.

The included breakfast had plenty available, though the quality wasn't anything special. Our room was clean and had no odd smells. The bathroom was clean too, but the caulking was peeling around the tub, and the area behind the toilet and vanity could use a deep clean. We had a pleasant one-night stay. The location just off 95 was convenient, and even though our first-floor room was very close to the front desk, it was surprisingly quiet. It was a weekday night, though. I’d stay again.

The room was hard to sleep in because the curtains wouldn't close fully. Only thin white sheers covered the whole window, so bright light came in all night. The elevator also made loud noises and seemed sketchy enough to feel unsafe. The vending machines were out of order, with no other snacks or drinks available, so I couldn't even get a drink that night. The hotel felt grimy, and the shower was gross and didn't seem clean. Staff weren't welcoming or helpful from the start. I've stayed at plenty of Comfort Inns, but this was nowhere near the standard I expect. One of my worst hotel stays in a long time.
