Motel 6 Mankato, MN

The place was very clean inside and out, and the staff were friendly. It worked really well for guests with mobility issues. The roll-in shower was just right, with great water pressure. I'll definitely come back.

I was there for one night while my husband had surgery at the hospital. Jacob & Linda were so nice, and they made an early check-in possible when I asked. After traveling, I really needed to rest, and they made the night comfortable. The room was nice, and I liked that it had no carpet. Breakfast wasn't the best, but at least something was offered. Thanks for the good stay! 😁

The room had a modern feel, and the hotel was super clean, probably the cleanest I've stayed in for a long time. The front desk staff were helpful and breakfast was simple, but there was something available. A couple of things were missing from the room: an alarm clock, hair dryer, and pen. They'd left a comment card, but I couldn't write on it without a pen. I usually bring my own hair dryer, but forgot it this time. Luckily, it was summer, so my hair could air dry. When I stayed again, the front desk woman was super nice. Her name was Kanesha, I think??? She said I could borrow a hair dryer from the desk whenever I needed one. After staying at a few other hotels since then, I'd rather skip the alarm clock because they're so bright when I'm trying to sleep. Five stars for this place!

The location was good, but the dogs on the floor barked all night and were loud. I had to switch rooms in the morning. Dogs weren't supposed to be on the second floor, so they moved me to the third, which was better. I thought the sheets were old, and it took a while for them to bring toiletries and change the sheets. I'm not sure I'll come back.
