Best Western Plus Mansfield Inn & Suites

Traveling here from two states away with 10 people made the lack of communication especially frustrating. I tried messaging the property several times and called before our stay, but got 0 responses. We won’t bring our money to a Best Western again, especially this one. We’ll just pay the higher prices elsewhere.

On checkout morning, while I was still checked in and getting ready to leave, someone went into my room and searched through my luggage. I only realized what had happened after I got home. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was deeply upsetting. I feel violated, and guests should be able to trust their belongings are secure. If you stay there, please lock your luggage. I hope management takes this seriously and puts better safety and accountability measures in place so nobody else has to go through this.

Star was especially helpful with choosing our room and sorting out a TV remote that wouldn’t work. The front desk hospitality staff were welcoming and accommodating, and we had a very pleasant stay.

I stayed three nights on a solo business trip and would absolutely book here again. The parking lot was well lit and felt safe, and the staff interactions were all pleasant. Breakfast had plenty of food and a robust choice of options. Everything in the clean, spacious room worked, and it was quiet aside from road noise from 287, which you’d expect beside a huge highway. It’s also very convenient to get to, with lots of nearby food, grocery, and drugstore options. One of the better hotels I’ve had at this price point.
