I was charged an extra $400 a month after my stay, which was July 13, and the charge didn't appear until Aug 13. When I called to dispute it, I was told the month had closed and nothing could be done. The front counter employee was possibly the rudest, most disrespectful person I've dealt with. She refused to give her name, hung up on me twice, and said she had no number for a manager or corporate. When I asked her name, she replied, “Why, so you can call and tattle on me?” Employees like this shouldn't be in customer service and need to be fired. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau and other places to complain about the hotel and employee.

The desk employee was rude, and I found cockroaches in my room. Apparently other rooms had them too. The price wasn't bad, but this was a terrible stay. 0/10, wouldn't recommend.

There were roaches all over my room, so we couldn't sleep. We complained to management, and I won't book here again. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

On my first stay I found roaches in the room and complained when I left. They said they'd spray. This second time, I woke up with one crawling on my leg in bed, then saw two more while I was packing to leave. This place is absolutely infested with them.

The toilet and bath water looked yellow, like urine. The TV didn't work on the second day, and there was no Wi-Fi. We also spent one day without lights except for the bathroom. The night shift front desk woman, a white lady, had a disgusting attitude. If it were up to me, I could never hire her.
