Fairfield Inn & Suites Mansfield

The rooms were clean and comfortable, about what you'd expect, and the location worked well. Aroma Joe’s is right in the parking lot, with a nail salon and liquor store within walking distance. From a higher floor you can see the highway, which has its own appeal. There was also a bartender named Steve, I think, who played keys and had a good sense of humor. What stayed with me most, though, was the staff. The front desk and maintenance people were genuinely kind and easy to talk to. I remember Harley, Alyssa, and Brittany, but there were others whose names I can't recall. I had a couple small issues and they dealt with them quickly and professionally. I was also having a rough week, in a strange in-between period of life and dealing with an injury, and their care made a real difference. If anything comes up, they're approachable and willing to help. That matters a lot.

I spent seven days here. The room was clean, and housekeeping and the front desk were helpful. They even had a long snow broom for me to clear my van, and kept the area plowed efficiently. I'll definitely stay again.

I didn't expect to enjoy my stay at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites this much. The decor and scenery are beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and there are plenty of amenities. It feels luxurious without costing a fortune. Traffic was easy to manage, and it's close to Wheaton College. I wish I'd stayed longer and hope to return soon.

The location was especially handy for an event at the Xfinity Center, which is practically walkable. Parking was easy to find and free. The modern hotel felt well maintained, and our room was spacious, clean, and almost new. Breakfast was included, and the breakfast area was kept clean. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and the outdoor patio with seating and a fire pit in the evenings. The fitness center looked well equipped too.
