Quality Inn & Suites Mansfield

Shannon was an absolute angel, so friendly and helpful when I didn’t know the area. The rest of the staff were very welcoming too. There’s a big breakfast selection, including healthy options, and the room was impeccably clean. It’s pet friendly, with a grassy dog area that has bags, a bin, and a bench. There’s also an outdoor patio with tables and chairs, plus grass where kids can run around. I highly recommend this place.

The location worked well for us, not far from where we’re working this week. I haven’t needed anything during my two days here, though the front desk is always staffed if I do. The room layout isn’t great to me. The bathroom is tiny and the sink is out in the main living area. There’s no desk, the switches are oddly arranged, and all the lamps are ugly, with those old twist switches at the base of the bulb socket.

Great location and a fair price. They first tried to charge extra for my service dog, who is NOT an emotional support dog, but dropped the charge after I explained the ADA rules for service animals. I’d definitely stay here again.

I was here for work and didn’t choose the hotel. I found a cockroach on the nightstand, and a coworker woke up feeling something crawl on him, then found bed bugs in his room. The hallway carpets are trashed, and the stairwell was plainly dirty and stained, like it hadn’t been cleaned.
