Best Western Plus Executive Inn & Suites

I stayed here for an extended stretch last year, and the staff went beyond what I expected from a hospitality team. They put guests first, and that really surprised me. The facility was nice and had everything I needed. The pool area and, for the most part, the rooms looked like they did in the pictures. I'd gladly book again if I didn't live nearby now. A few things could be better: the hot tub wasn't working consistently, the breakfast could use more variety, and getting in by car means using one one-way street off a busy road, which can be tricky.

The spa was great, and the breakfast room was large, clean, and well stocked. The rooms are nice, too, and the place is affordable and well kept. They could use better toilet paper or bidets. Parking was especially helpful when my car broke down in the winter storm and I had to wait for a tow. Raj and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I'll come back if I'm in town.

The breakfast had an amazing variety, and there was always plenty. Every staff interaction was outstanding, with great communication and customer service throughout. Raji, thanks for making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean, too. From booking through checkout, it was a great experience. We'll be back!

I left a day early and checked out with the front desk person. The hotel was dirty and smelled foul in the hallways and corridors, and the room was very dirty, too. The shower curtain was stained, the carpet felt like it had never been cleaned or even vacuumed, and the smell in the room was overwhelming. Homeless people were walking through the hotel, and the conditions felt very unsafe. Yesterday morning I called the desk to ask for a hair dryer and another towel, but no one answered. I asked about a refund for the one night I didn't stay. The front desk person said the manager was away and she couldn't offer any money back until she'd spoken to them. I would like that night's stay refunded. I booked at the nearby Hampton, which was a wonderful hotel.
