Jessa, Brittany, and Ana deserve a special thank you. They went out of their way to make our family’s stay pleasant and stress-free. The staff at both SpringHill Suites and Residence Inn in Maple Grove were consistently professional, kind, and welcoming. They checked in often to see if we needed anything, like extra towels or blankets, and kept a positive attitude. I really appreciate the excellent service and would recommend these hotels to others.

Will was incredibly helpful and professional, especially with our unusual situation, and gave us excellent customer service. The staff were the best part of this hotel. It’s a great location for a tournament, with lots of restaurants in walking distance and Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods just three minutes away. Our room was spacious and clean.

The breakfast had so many choices, and everything looked incredible. Service was awesome too. A perfect place to stay.

The pool area was very clean, and the hotel is just minutes from lots of food and shops. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and looked just like the pictures. We requested towels and linens through the app, and they arrived quickly. Breakfast was amazing too. As a travel agent, I’d definitely send my clients here. 10/10, very clean with a welcoming staff.

8/10
The room had a comfortable bed, but the lighting could be better. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor through a gap between the shower door and wall. The hotel’s exterior looked new and well maintained, check-in was quick, and staff were friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and downtown Minneapolis is about a 20-minute drive. Overall, it was a fine stay in a convenient spot.
