The room had no carpet, pictures, or clock. There were marks that looked like stains on two walls, plus mold on the ceiling and lampshade. The hallway smelled, too. The bed was right against an outlet, so the lights kept flickering. The sofa was low, while the other seat was very high. Breakfast coffee was only warm.

The rooms were clean, I'll give them that, but the hospitality was awful. At night, the second floor, where the owners and their family stayed, smelled strongly of marijuana. I believe it was the owners' family smoking it. I knew they were there because nobody else was in the hotel except one couple on the third floor. One guest told me the owners took room payments, put the money in their pocket, and didn't give receipts.

I checked out at midnight on the first night after finding roaches. First there were small ones in the bathroom, then a big one crawled across the bed. I wouldn't recommend staying unless roaches don't bother you. The place looked sketchy when I checked in, but I gave it a chance, which was a mistake. As a frequent traveler, I should've trusted my instincts and left as soon as I arrived.

We stayed here February 21st 2026. It was very nice and clean, and they made some really nice choices in their recording. I'd stay again, and give them a 5 rating.
