Hi-Tide Oceanfront Inn

We found the stay very comfortable and well priced, definitely worth it. The hotel is right on the beach, with breathtaking views if you get a sunny day, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast runs from 7-10:30 AM and includes cereal, milk in both 1% and soy, orange and apple juice, hard-boiled eggs, assorted bread, bagels, English muffins, oatmeal, apples, oranges, and tea. A wonderful experience.

We came for our anniversary and loved finding rose petals in the room. The staff were really helpful, the room was clean, and the beds were comfy. It’s very pet friendly too. The location is great, right by the beach promenade and a short walk from the beach and downtown Seaside, though a little away from “downtown.” We had fun with the s’mores package and an evening beach fire.

I cut my trip short because the no-view rooms are in a separate building and were too noisy for me. Late-night garbage collection from the street could be heard, along with water and footsteps from other rooms. Everything else about the hotel was fine, and the pool was a treat. It’s in a very convenient location. If I came back, I’d need a room in the main building, which must be better based on the other ratings.

This was my second stay, and I love this place! It’s a must if you have kids, with easy beach access and an amazing pool. Amanda at the front desk is the best, so friendly and helpful. She made our first visit amazing, and Cara gave us a great dinner recommendation. The rooms are clean, breakfast is included, and every room has a really handy kitchenette. I can’t praise it enough, though the price tag is hefty, ha ha.
