Best Western Marble Falls Inn

I recently sent my family to Best Western Marble Falls for a week, and they were treated so well. I always choose this hotel when I have visitors. It’s clean, the staff make you feel special, and I think it’s the best place to stay in town. I’ll keep recommending it to family and friends. Thanks for taking such good care of my family. I can’t say enough good things about it. Five stars and more!

GM Raj greeted me with so much warmth when I arrived. I was early, but they were still able to get me into my room, which was a big plus, and check-in was quick. The non-smoking room was really clean and nice. I didn’t eat breakfast, but it looked appealing. I’d stay here again and recommend giving Best Western a try if you’re in the area.

Breakfast was included, with good eggs and waffles and plenty of drink choices. I was looking forward to the biscuits and gravy, but while the gravy was good, the biscuits were almost crunchy on the outside, so I only ate about half of one. Our room was clean and nice, and we were far enough from the main road that traffic didn’t wake us. The bed felt a bit too firm for my wife, though I was fine with it. The mini fridge made noise through the night and woke us up now and then. The shower was disappointing, with a small head and only two settings, neither very good, but the hot water heated up fast. We’ve stayed at other Best Westerns before and knew what to expect. All in all, it was a good stay in a good location.

We had a lovely view of the lake and beautiful sunsets from our balcony. The room was great, and when the door lock gave us trouble, maintenance came within minutes and fixed it. The people at the desk were very friendly. A great place for a trip.
