The Lincoln Marfa

The courtyard was lovely both under the twinkle lights at night and in the quiet morning with coffee. Our stay at the Lincoln also made it easy to choose how to eat: we cooked in the roomy, better-equipped-than-expected kitchen one night, then walked three steps around the corner to Hotel Paisano the next. It felt like our own private bungalow in town, and the location was perfect for exploring Marfa. We had a wonderful few nights and would gladly stay here again.

We spent almost a week at the Lincoln this spring, and the comfortable beds, linens, and towels made it easy to settle in. We could make coffee in the rooms each morning and cooked dinner a few nights, which was really nice. The bocce court right outside our room was a favorite, along with the firepit and plunge pool. A sweet place to stay while exploring Marfa.

We like the little outdoor sitting spots and the shared area where you can visit with the neighbors. The rooms at the Lincoln are comfortable and have what you need for coffee and meals, and the vibe is great. You can’t beat the location, right around the corner from the Paisano and the shops. This is where we stay when we’re in Marfa, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

The full kitchen was especially handy since restaurant hours and openings can be iffy. We also loved the art, the local radio station, and the whole vibe. The Lincoln felt like home, with a perfect location and great amenities. Be sure to pick up the yellow phone out front.
