SpringHill Suites Atlanta Northwest

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, especially around Atlanta, and this is my favorite. It’s the little things: great lighting, room design that just works, and thoughtful details. From my window I saw trees instead of the usual parking lot. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was hot and fully stocked. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I’d happily stay here again. The stay was comfortable, and everything else about the property seemed very well maintained. A few cosmetic bathroom issues caught my eye: worn, discolored caulking and seams in the shower, some buildup behind the shampoo and conditioner holder, and wear and corrosion around the drain. There was also a small wall panel with chipped paint and an unfinished patch. None of it affected how anything worked or my comfort, and it all seems easy to fix. I thought it was worth mentioning given how good the rest of the experience was.

The city around the hotel felt creepy and unsafe at night, though I felt very safe once I was on the property. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a clean indoor pool for the kids. Great bar too, and a shout-out to the bartender!

The room was clean and gigantic, and there’s a convenient drive to anywhere in Atlanta. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and was awesome. Everybody on staff was so nice, from the front desk and breakfast attendant to the cleaning team. We’ll definitely stay here again.
