This hotel was loud. I was on the fourth floor near the exit, and there was nothing to block the noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms. The room also had a broken door handle and pieces missing from the draft stopper, which made me feel a bit uneasy about moving around comfortably. Cleanliness was well below the Hilton standard. There was a long red strand of hair on the empty shampoo bottle, plus scattered mold and white marks on the chair. Parking costs extra, though that wasn't mentioned when I booked. There's also a $6 bottle of water in the room and no free breakfast option.

I had a Christmas Eve reservation, but canceled after I was told there'd be a $10 parking fee. There won't even be 10 cars in that huge lot that night, so this is ridiculous. I'll stay at the Hamption Inn two miles away instead. We've stayed here many times, and I'm a Diamond Honors member. I've also become disenchanted with the Garden Inn since it started charging for breakfast after COVID.

The rooms are nice and service was fine, but I won't book here again with kids. It's much easier to choose a hotel that includes breakfast, and guests have to pay for it here. Parking is another $10, even though there were plenty of spaces. That should come with the stay. Feels like a money grab.

Everything went smoothly, and the staff were very accommodating about our situation. They let us check in early and check out late, which we appreciated. The room was comfortable and tidy. I'll book here again next time I'm staying around Boston.

The lobby was clean and nicely decorated, and the whole place felt beautiful and calm. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions.
