There were bed bugs crawling on the curtains while I was sitting at the desk. When we woke up, eight more were crawling on the sheets and across the nightstand. The beds were wrapped in plastic, so there was no way to check the mattress. The carpets were still damp when we arrived after the room had been cleaned, and we initially thought that meant the place was being kept very clean. We’d paid for a week, but only got a partial refund. I lost money on the room and also had to pay for cleaning supplies and laundry.

While my husband was recovering at Marshfield Hospital, a hot shower with great water pressure and a clean, comfortable bed at the end of each day were just what I needed to get through the stress.

It was calm and really clean for a motel at this price, and I slept well with enough privacy. The room was very clean, the service was great, and it was surprisingly quiet on a Saturday night. It’s a simple, old-fashioned motel, so don’t expect a hair dryer, free coffee, or an in-room phone. It does have laundry, Wi-Fi, kitchen amenities, plenty of cable channels, and a convenient location. What they advertise is accurate. I’m happy with the price, and I’ll definitely stay again.

I work as a travel nurse near the hospital, so this place is very close by. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff are awesome and friendly, and there are washers and dryers onsite. I’ve had nothing but good stays at the Neva Jean. With reasonable prices, clean rooms, and friendly people, it’s definitely worth staying here. 10/10 recommended!

My daughter and I rented one of the efficiency studios, and it was clean and decent inside. The room was reasonably priced and very clean, and I love that there’s a Kwik Trip across the street. When we locked ourselves out of the bathroom, the owner was relaxed about it and came in at night to fix the problem. It was our own fault!
