Solitude is what this place is good for. It’s a nice, comfortable spot, but there’s not much nearby, downtown isn’t much, and it doesn’t feel charming. Food choices are limited, with nothing open Sunday morning. We came for an outdoor wedding, and it rained the whole time. After a long day of driving, hauling luggage up two long flights of stairs was a lot; an elevator would’ve helped. We also weren’t told about the $250 deposit on top of the $427 one-night charge. It was put on our card, then removed quickly once we were back home.

I own and built a luxury vacation rental, so I have high standards, and this place still exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate, one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The building is in a great spot, peaceful but still close to town, and it was kid friendly too. Five stars all around!

Check-in was easy and painless, and the loft was pristine, stocked with toiletries, coffee, and kitchenware, and seemed brand new. We stayed in one of the larger lofts, aero something. It was super close to Don's, where we were floating, and about 14 minutes from san marcos downtown. Looking forward to visiting again!

Veronica was great to work with and communicated well. The decor is off the chain, classy but still really comfortable, and the place is secluded. It's one of the area's best kept secrets, and I'm a fan. It'll be our go-to spot for sure. I love it more than any hotel or Vrbo I've stayed at!
