The area wasn't very noisy and the staff were pretty nice, but I found roaches and bed bugs. I was in a desperate situation, so I stayed briefly, then left as soon as I could. I hope they get the infestation under control. No one should have to live like that.

They make payment complicated, and it's pricey for what you get. The website advertises things they don't actually do. If you need a place to stay, bring everything yourself, including dishes and laundry supplies, because they don't provide what their site says they will.

We booked a non-smoking room, and the door was labeled that way, but the smell of cigarette smoke inside was overwhelming, like someone had chain-smoked for days. I've lived with smokers and can handle a little lingering odor, but this was nearly hard to breathe through. The staff hadn't aired the room or cleared the smell. They said no other non-smoking rooms were available and offered air freshener, which didn't help. We opened the windows and door until it was bearable, but after one night all our bags and belongings smelled of smoke and needed washing. No discount or partial refund was offered, though I thought we deserved one since we didn't get what we paid for. Anyone with allergies or breathing problems couldn't have stayed in that room. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the staff were nice enough. Still, cleanliness needs work: the inn was average and dingy, old stained furniture and bathroom fixtures, hairs on some towels, and no extra towels in the room. It's a budget inn with cleanliness issues, so don't book if you need a non-smoking room.

The room was lovely for the price, with a full kitchen, fireplace, and living room, and the breakfast was great too. But the bed was really stiff, and every upstairs movement came through as if the ceiling were thin. It creaked. There are bird feeders all over, so birds chirp and wake you up early. I didn't have time to try the fitness room, but it looked awesome.
