Oceanfront Pan American Hotel

I was surprised by how neat the property was and how good the service felt. The staff were very helpful, and the kitchen was good. If you need anything else, call the front desk and they’ll bring it to your room right away.

The pool was spectacular, and the whole hotel looked beautiful at night. Everything was extremely clean, including the rooms, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I’d recommend it to anyone. Take a look at the pool photos from both daytime and nighttime.

I’d gladly stay here again, hopefully with better neighbors. The maintenance staff were great too: they got to my room within two minutes when I needed help opening my locked safe. The hotel itself was excellent, with immaculate rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and indoor parking. It’s a five-block walk to the boardwalk, and I really can’t fault the hotel or its employees. The other guests were another story. People claimed chairs at 7 a.m. with towels, then didn’t appear until after lunch. Someone smoked a cigar outside my balcony all night, until midnight, and I could barely sit there. At 6 a.m. the people upstairs sounded like baby elephants, jumping on the bed and running around. Bikes were parked next to my brand new car despite a sign saying bikes weren’t allowed there, and kids handled the free cookies with bare hands. If you can overlook guests acting entitled, this is a great place. Those issues weren’t the hotel’s fault.

For what you pay, there are much better places to stay. The balconies offer no privacy at all, everyone can see you.
