Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ludington by IHG

The pool and hot tub may be among the best in the IHG Holiday Inn Express line, and the staff were friendly even through all the New Year's Eve craziness. This is easily the best hotel in the area. I'm already booking here for next year.

This is one of the nicest Holiday Inns I've stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, the rooms were clean, and the pool is huge, with a large hot tub that kids will love. I held back one star because it costs over $200 a night.

I booked this hotel for a nearby family event, but after staying here I'd like to come back just for a vacation. The spa and pool were wonderful, and the hot breakfast was the best I've had at any of the hotels I've visited in different states. Great variety, good quality, and they kept it well stocked. If the price gives you pause, consider what you'd save by not going out for breakfast. The whole place really is clean, in every area, and that kind of upkeep doesn't happen by accident. The team is helpful and friendly too. Management should know they've got a gem of a staff here.

This was a treat after so many stays at more budget-minded hotels. I liked having body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower, plus hand wash and body lotion at the sink, instead of tiny travel toiletries or little bars of soap. Our room was clean and had plenty of clean towels. We kept seeing staff cleaning whenever we left the room. The hotel was really nice.
