We were really happy with our stay. The large lanai, reached through the sliding door, was a welcome surprise, and the place was clean and quiet. The owners texted clear instructions for checking in, which made it easy. There’s a refrigerator and microwave, too. It’s right by the main road, so finding it and coming and going was simple. The bathroom is roomy, though the shower felt a little snug for us larger folks. Still manageable.

Clean, safe, and well looked after, with everything we needed. The location made it easy to enjoy Matlacha. We had a great time and would like to stay longer next time, maybe use the kayaks or bring a boat.

The people were friendly and gave us useful information about the area. We had a really relaxing getaway, and the rooms were comfortable and super clean. Fishing in the area is outstanding, and it’s just a nice place to hang out. I’ll absolutely come back.

Janette and Mike went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. If you have a question or need a hand, just ask, they’ll help if they can. We made a last minute trip to Matlacha between Christmas and New Years to enjoy the lovely weather before the cold snap, and Janette managed to fit us in. The Inn has charm and makes a handy base for exploring the area.

Everything felt cozy and was spotless. Janette and Michael were so friendly and made us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay in Matlacha, Florida, and would definitely recommend it.
