The shower made a piercing high-pitched sound and had low water pressure. The vanity faucet had low pressure too. For $159 before taxes on a weeknight, not a weekend or holiday, it was a subpar experience. Despite what the managing partner said in his reply, we stayed Tuesday night, March 3, 2026. My husband said the girl at the front desk had trouble checking us in and called several times for instructions on how to do her job.

The room was very clean, and there were no bedbugs. We stayed one night, though, with a dog barking off and on the whole time. The walls were so thin that we could clearly hear the man talking in the next room. The mattress also needs replacing.

It was clean and comfortable, and honestly better than I expected from the name. Nothing fancy, but it covered what I needed.

Good value for the money, with a huge parking lot, clean rooms, a nice lobby, and a good breakfast.

The stay was terrible. The night manager was very rude and unprofessional, and the front desk employee didn’t even know how to make a room key. I won’t stay at another Quality Inn.
