Clean rooms and friendly staff. It's a quiet, tobacco-friendly place, with restaurants nearby and DoorDash and Uber Eats available. The highway 40 on and off ramp is close, handy for Conway, Ft. Smith, Oklahoma, and Little Rock. A great place to stay.

I've been here almost a year with my girl, and living here feels like being adopted. The people are good and peaceful, and there's no trouble around. I've tried three rooms, two with two beds and one with a king, and they've all been great. The office is usually staffed 24/7, though there are times when it isn't. There's loads within a 10/15 minute walk: McDonald's, KFC, subway, razorback/BBQ, quick trip, waffle house, kum n go, a vape store, scooters, four other hotels, two liquor stores, and four gas stations, including the two already mentioned. Walmart is not far down the road either, and neither is Kroger. It genuinely cannot be beat.

For a Uhaul, there's a lot right behind the building, which was really handy. I came in late after a long drive just to sleep, and this was cheap, quiet, and felt safe. The beds were very comfortable and the water got really hot. Seeing a police car parked in the lot by the Waffle House made me feel good, too. The white guy on night shift was very kind. At America's Best Value Inn in Maumelle/NLR, we had what we needed for a low price: fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, and a good shower. The room was clean and decently updated, with carpet and bedspreads that looked relatively new. The pillows were nice and we slept fine, though the sheets weren't as soft as I like and the bed felt too firm and springy. This was last night, March 2022. Thank you!
