The room had a bad musty smell, and the bathroom smelled like stale urine. It at least seemed clean, thankfully, or I don't know if I could have slept. Some updates looked recent, like the flooring, shower tub, and nightstands, but the rest needed repainting and plenty of drywall repair, with chipped spots and broken wall corners. It was dark and dingy, and the sofa looked tired and saggy. There were also marks where things used to be attached to the wall and bathroom door. I was glad it was only a quick night. Would not recommend this hotel.

We've stayed here whenever we come to town for business or a visit, for the past seven years. This time we were there for four nights, and the new administration had totally changed breakfast. We asked why waffles, hard boiled eggs, sweet bread, and fruit weren't available like before. They told us they were trying to save money and would offer those every other day. The rooms were clean, but we won't stay there again.

Vitesh Patel, please invest in your employees. I'm a frequent customer, now on my 32nd visit, and I've noticed some really great staff have left. I'm a business owner too, and without a great team you can end up with an empty building or a very bad reputation. Looking forward to coming back. WISHING YOU ALL 5 STARS 🌟

The room my friends had was nice, clean, and comfortable, but what stood out to me happened before I even went inside. There was a cat lying just outside the front entrance. I went to pet it and was thinking about taking it home when I noticed a food bowl, an insulated little cat house, and a bowl of water nearby. It was clear this wasn't a stray being ignored, but a welcome guest someone was looking after. I've never seen anything like that at another hotel. Instead of chasing the cat away or calling animal control to capture it, where it might have been euthanized, the staff let it stay and made sure it had a safe place to sleep, food, and water. It was a sweet reminder that there are still good people in the world, and I was SO happy to see it. Thanks for being kind and having a heart. It means a lot to the cat and to people like me. THANK YOU!!! You guys are awesome!!!! ♥️
