We arrived after a six-hour drive on November 22, expecting to stay the night, and found the front doors locked. Apparently there had been a fire and the hotel was shut, but nobody had told us. I’d confirmed the booking, and even requested a digital key on the day we left. The reply said everything was fine. The cancellation email didn’t arrive until November 24, two days after our reservation. I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to find somewhere else. I sent them all the email correspondence, but still haven’t received an apology or compensation for the extra time and expense.

The room was roomy, tidy, and well organized, and the pool was in great shape for unwinding. Staff were attentive throughout. The Hampton Inn is new and modern, and I had a really pleasant stay. I’d recommend it for a stay and some time to relax.

They'd only opened a couple of days before my visit, but everything was clean and new. The staff were super friendly and helpful, too. A 10/10 stay, and I'd come back if I'm in the area again.

I booked and paid for three rooms ten days ahead, but when I arrived they could only find one. My card was charged for all three, yet they wouldn't give me keys for the other two. I've been trying to get checked in for five hours and have now been waiting over an hour for the manager to come back.

New in 2025 and nice overall. The indoor pool wasn't heated and felt too cold. Its floor is extremely slippery, so both kids and adults need to be careful.
