The room's upkeep and cleanliness made this a disappointing stay, especially with the bathroom fan roaring all night and no way to turn it off. It also looked like it needed cleaning. The shower hadn't been cleaned well, with hair on the walls and in the corners, and the towels left black sand or dirt behind when used. There wasn't a good place to hang towels without them touching the toilet when put on the rack. The bathroom floor had visible gaps and missing pieces along the walls, possibly from water damage because there was no shower curtain in the tub. My headboards were damaged and falling apart. The renovations seemed uneven in quality, even though the hotel looked updated. The staff I dealt with were courteous, professional, and attentive, which I appreciated. Still, these room problems significantly affected my stay, and I'll likely choose another hotel next time I'm in Cleveland. I hope the feedback helps improve things for guests.

This was the worst Holiday inn of the four we stayed at on this trip, and the most expensive. We weren't told breakfast wasn't included, then got charged an extra $32 for the complimentary breakfast. The man who checked us in wore a ten-year-old sweatshirt and looked like he was watching a football game. The restaurant is called Alfredo's, but its alfredo sauce was worse than one you could buy at Publix. Even the cloth napkins smelled like a sour chemical.

Getting the hotel blocks set up for my wedding has been easy, thanks to Austin & Jim's expertise, quick responses, and good communication. The hotel is near my venue, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are lovely. We're looking forward to working with them through our July wedding.

I make frequent drives from Virginia to the Cleveland metro area to visit nearly all my extended family, especially my elderly mother, who has significant health problems. I always stay at the Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield at 780 Beta Drive in Mayfield, Ohio. The rooms are consistently clean, presentable, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Staff are pleasant and helpful, and I always enjoy the included hot breakfast. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Cleveland-Mayfield Hotel at 780 Beta Drive in Mayfield, Ohio for a trip.
