Days Inn by Wyndham Maysville Kentucky

I was impressed with what we got for the price. The rooms are clean and pleasant, and the bedding is comfortable. I stayed with my toddler while work was being done on my house, and the room felt comparable to a higher-end hotel that costs twice as much.

The staff were quick, polite, and really welcoming, and they greeted my service dog with a smile. I came here for a couple of days to get away. The pool was closed, but it’s winter, so no big deal. Easy access to the pool would have been nice for the kids in summer.

The staff were extremely helpful and great with our service animal. The hotel is older, but clean, in a safe location, and the room and rate were reasonable.

The grounds outside are well kept, and the location is very quiet. I could sometimes hear noise from next door, depending on how loud the neighbors were, but earplugs and an eye mask kept it from bothering me. Rooms were pretty clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. It’s a good value in a convenient spot, though the front desk isn’t always staffed. You can ring a bell for help, but there may be a wait if you need someone right away. The owner didn’t resolve the recurring problem of running out of coffee, which was the main reason for the service issues. The pool was closed for winter, though it’s a nice extra in warmer weather.
