It’s been a few years since I stayed here, but I’ve booked a weekend for next weekend. The hot tub, slots, and bar area are what I love, and the walk-in shower is a big plus. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Dustin, the amazing host, is the only redeeming quality. Our room is OK, but I lost $6100, over $5k, after spending about $25k a month here. Then I waited two hours for the dinner I ordered at the restaurant and asked the front desk for an extra Rice Krispy treat. She said I couldn’t have one. I think I’ll try a different casino or hotel next time.

I used to love playing at this casino, but I’ve stopped. As a high-tier member, I hardly get any freeplay. They don’t have hosts either, or at least no one offered me one when I became a crystal card member. It was really disappointing!

Our group had 15 people, and the bar service was terrible. Linda isn’t good at multitasking. Thank goodness Blake and Jesse were there, or we wouldn’t have been served.

The players club service isn’t bad, but service for food or drinks is TERRIBLE. The rooms need updating, and players need a self-service soda area.
