Vikki went out of his way to make my husband and me comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything really clean. The linen was clean, there were no bugs, and the beds were cozy. Shopping centers are close by, too. Great service, rooms, and location, so this is a five-star stay for me. Thanks for a lovely visit 😌.

We had a funeral to attend, and the staff understood that we needed a couple more hours before heading out. They let us check out late and were comforting at a hard time. Everyone we dealt with, from the owner and desk staff to maintenance and housekeeping, was friendly and easy to talk to. The place was clean, too. It felt like a family-run hotel, which you don't see as often these days. Shaun and Tiffany Turner give it 10 stars, and we'll definitely return.

There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the beds were clean and soft. The owner was really nice and helpful, and the rooms were decent. I didn't run into the kinds of issues I've had at other hotels. Weekend rates are a little high, but it's still affordable, and there were no bugs or rodents.

We ended up leaving for another hotel at 2:04am after the overnight attendant wouldn't address the room problems. In the first room, #103, there were burn holes and ash on the sheets, plus stains and holes on the wall. When we asked for another room, he moved us with an attitude into one that was just as dirty, with a heater that wasn't working right. He insisted it was putting out heat even after we'd waited a while. I have a skin condition that makes me very sensitive, and it was cold in the room, so my partner asked for clean sheets or a refund. The attendant said my skin problems weren't his concern, even though clean linen should be a hotel priority. We were sitting at a gas station at 1:54am because of this, then had to move hotels against our wishes. They refunded less than half for a room we'd barely used. Paying $91 for this was ridiculous. I've stayed at places in the same price range that were far better. I would never recommend it or spend money here again. I wish I could attach the video of how disgusting it was.
