Spark by Hilton Ormond Beach Oceanfront

Jon was responsible and clearly cared about making sure guests were looked after. His help with signing me up for Hilton Honors rewards was professional, and he made sure the setup was right. I enjoyed the hotel enough to add an extra night, thanks in part to his support and attention. Team members like Jon make a real difference, and I think he deserves recognition for the job he's doing.

I stayed at Spark Hilton for January, and I'll miss the staff, including the people whose names I never learned. The front desk was attentive throughout. Layne was outstanding while training new hires, and Zach was very friendly. Mark and Justin always had a smile and time for a conversation. Breakfast was a nice touch and always fresh, and the pool area stayed clean, though it would be great if the birds could be kept out of the pool. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the ocean view was perfect. I had only a very small refrigerator, while some other rooms had a larger one with a small freezer. A microwave would have been useful too, though there is one in the lobby. I woke up to a beautiful sunrise every day.

I've stayed here twice and liked both the service and the room. The front desk team is amazing and professional, though I can't remember everyone's name. Layne greeted us warmly and made the stay easy. The rooms are nice, with entertaining channels and up-to-date apps. The location is great. The one thing I'd suggest fixing is the hotel sign lighting, since the sign is hard to see when driving at night.

This isn't a luxury Hilton property, but the updated rooms are very spacious. Our oceanfront balcony had a perfect view, and the waves lulled us to sleep. There's a parking lot, underground parking, a pool, and direct access to the beach. Housekeeping staff were extremely polite. Zach at the front desk was the best part of the stay. My wife and I had a major situation that became funny after the fact, and Zach and the Management Team graciously fixed it. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to staying here again for work trips.
