The rooms are dated, but clean and even smelled freshly cleaned. What made the stay for me and my daughter was how warm and compassionate the staff were. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. When I had my dog with me, the owner took time to play with him, bond with him, and introduce him to her own dogs. It felt like more than people just doing a job. They brought joy to our stay, and I'm grateful I met such lovely people. I also appreciated how the staff handled maintenance. They let me know before coming into my room, which showed respect for my privacy, and letting me tend the flower beds was a lovely touch. Their thoughtfulness and attention made the stay special. If you want a place with heart, this is it.

The woman at the front desk was extremely kind and patient. The room, though, was terrible: dirty, outdated, and smelled awful, with stained couches. My son and I had pulled over because I couldn't see in the dark while driving. Safety first, but I should've just driven home slowly. Come with low expectations.

The place is old, but it worked for us and we had no problems at all. The service was outstanding: when I asked for fresh bedding and towels because I'm a weirdo, they gave them to me, and Tiffany helped a lot after my reservation got canceled. Things happen, and the morning staff were great too. I wish I'd gotten his name. I heard people using the hotels offered for Rockville had trashy rooms where nothing worked and bugs were everywhere, but we didn't have any of that here. We'll be back next year.

I've been living here with my family for seven months. It's quiet most of the time, and the staff are amazing. No bugs, and the beds are okay. My only issue is that the Wi-Fi isn't the best. You can see the owners and staff working on the place every day to improve it.

The owners were the worst: one was disrespectful and said he didn't care about giving poor customer service. The rooms are outdated, and most AC units don't work. There's a graveyard of ACs taking up much of the small property. It's way overpriced for a place that's falling apart and has bugs. There are plenty of better hotels nearby.
