The location is fantastic, right by the Convention Center, Reading Terminal Market, Center City, and Chinatown. Check-in and checkout service were excellent, and Brittany helped us check in. I saw how great the whole team was in the lobby. The hotel was very clean, and the room was great overall, with a full-size fridge. It could use some maintenance: the large microwave apparently didn't work, so they put a tiny one on the counter; the bathroom door frame was loose and wobbly, as was the toilet seat. Breakfast was very basic, but the customer service was great, and they kept everything stocked.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the rooms are huge and modern, and the staff were courteous. It also has an ideal location, with Reading Terminal market directly across the street and Chinatown and the fashion district within walking distance. Hot breakfast is included. The one downside was parking at $65 a day, which is expensive.

Vanessa was especially helpful, showing us how to use the public transit system and recommending some yummy cheese steak places. The location made it easy to get to any subway or Metro we wanted, and having Reading Market right across the street was so cool, with so many amazing places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was beautiful and clean, and everyone was helpful.

Brittney and Vanessa at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming, and their hospitality made the stay better. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, while the large lobby is handy for hanging out or getting work done. Free breakfast every morning was a big plus. For what you get, the value is hard to beat, especially with the central spot right by the Convention Center. One thing to know is housekeeping comes every other day. I've stayed at hotels around the same price that clean a bit more thoroughly, so keep that in mind.

Reading Terminal Market is right across the street, so finding food was easy, and it's a simple walk to the city center. Check-in was easy and the location was very convenient. The room was clean, roomy, and cozy, though a bit dark, with everything we needed: a microwave to reheat food, full dishes and cutlery, plus a sink and dishwasher with dish soap and one dishwasher tablet. You'll need to bring your own toiletries except for body wash and shampoo, which worked fine for us. Breakfast was just okay. A pleasant, convenient stay.
