Angela and Cindy really stood out. They were engaged and ready to help with whatever we needed, and everyone we met seemed to care about their work and how it affected guests. The room was very clean, and breakfast was so good. I was really impressed by the customer service here.

I’ve been here 15 days and have had housekeeping once, after asking for it. The bedding was on the floor because it was stained and needed cleaning. The housekeeper only changed the top cover and reused the inner cover, even though it had been on the floor. They take the trash but leave the liners beside the bin for you to put in. Apparently full service housekeeping doesn’t include cleaning sinks or floors. Only one kitchen light works. I asked maintenance to replace the bulb, but no one has come. I had to move rooms because half the lights and outlets lost power. The manager didn’t help me get another room. The night attendant was more helpful and got me into one at 9pm, after I’d waited all day and the power still hadn’t come back.

My first stay at this Home2 Suites location fell well short of the Hilton standards my family and I have come to expect. The place looks neglected and needs significant attention in both the room and shared areas. The dark hallways felt unwelcoming, and the property came across more like a budget extended stay motel than a Hilton brand hotel. There were visible water stains on the ceiling and mismatched paint touch-ups with obvious discoloration. The linens, sheets, towels, and washcloths were dingy and looked dirty, as if they’d been used instead of freshly laundered. There was also a persistent musty odor in the room, possibly from old carpeting or a dirty AC filter.

I’m at Home2 hotels for work two or three times a month, and the name and quality usually make them my go-to. This was an older hotel being renovated into a Home2, and they say more work is planned. But our bathroom door wouldn’t close, so we had to poop with it open. We had two rooms for the weekend. Stay away from room 421. The people were nice, and we were only there to sleep, so at first we didn’t make a big deal of it. But there were too many things that shouldn’t happen at any hotel. The shower had no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. There was dirty old cutlery from the last guest in the dishwasher, and we got just one towel and no bedding for the pullout couch. The front desk gave us these things, but they should have been stocked and cleaned already. Breakfast was a joke, one basic buffet line of cold, greasy food. No milk for the cereal and no waffles. My staff weren’t happy at all, and breakfast was our only meal until late afternoon. Overall, the stay wasn’t the worst, but at the price of a HOME2 this felt like a Home -2. I won’t stay here again. The La Quinta next door looks brand new!
