I think the manager may have wanted me to pay the pet stay fee, even though I was only visiting friends and wasn’t staying there. I’d asked the man at the desk if I could bring my dog inside, and he said yes. Later he told me I couldn’t bring the dog in. The manager then said I could stay for an hour, but when I came back with the dog, she said only I could come in, not the dog. She also told me I couldn’t give my dog to my friends. I wonder what she was thinking. That woman needs to be much clearer about what she says!

For $61, this is a great room. It was very clean, and the bed and pillows seemed comfortable, though I wish the pillows were bigger. We were meant to get a tub but got a shower instead. That was a bit of a drag, though not a big deal. The front desk people were friendly, and there’s an Asian buffet within walking distance. I found a good last-minute deal and would stay again if I’m in the area.

I canceled on the day of my stay and was charged, even though I called before checking in. The front desk said there was no refund because I was calling that day. The customer service was horrible. The woman hung up on me after saying it was a cancellation charge and I’d have to deal with it. Be very careful before booking here. I’d highly recommend staying elsewhere.

The bathroom door was broken, and getting basic things was a hassle. When I asked for clean towels, the front desk said I had to bring the dirty ones down first. I also had to return an extra blanket before checkout. Worst hotel ever. I’ll never stay again!
