The desk staff, a man and a woman, were helpful and responsive, and check-in was easy and friendly. Our two queen beds were clean and comfortable, and we slept well. The shower had plenty of hot water right away, was a good height, and the toiletries smelled really nice. Being on the ground floor of this motor lodge meant we could park right by our door. The good points ended there. The outside light by our door was out, so it was hard to find the room each night. The desk lamp didn't work either. After we called twice, they suggested moving the bulb from the corner lamp to the desk lamp. That fixed the desk lamp but left us coming back to a dark room until we put the bulb back. The tub didn't drain on the first morning, but that issue was resolved. The room was generally dirty, with areas not vacuumed, washed, wiped, or dusted. On our final morning, I used a washcloth to wipe off accumulated grime. It came off easily, which made me more surprised it hadn't been cleaned. We stayed four nights and got no towel service. The advertised indoor and seasonal outdoor pools were both unavailable.

The only things going for this place are the price and rooms that are sometimes decent. During check-in, the night clerk kept cussing. My key failed several times, so he had to reset the door and come into my room to check that it worked. When I came back from work at 7 pm, he threatened to call the cops because my music was too loud at medium volume. He was roaming around the parking lot smoking something.

I stayed for two nights with my PTSD Service Dog and was lucky they had a single bed available. The room was non-smoking. I don't think they have a laundry facility for guests, which would definitely be nice.

The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The TV remote was missing, but that's a minor issue. The two people who checked me in at the front desk were super friendly to both me and my dog.
