The staff are the best, always smiling, friendly, and ready to help. They were wonderful with our kids, which matters a lot to us. The hotel is beautiful and consistently clean, too. If I could give it ten stars, I would. We’ll be back!

The lobby signs and website say pets are welcome, with a limit of two per room and under 50 pounds. That’s exactly what I had, but the front desk woman and her manager, by text, sent me and my pets out after dark with nowhere to go. It seems they only allow dogs, so the sign should say dog-friendly. This felt like false advertising and discrimination, with no concern for the safety of guests who expect to have somewhere to stay. If there are extra rules, they need to be clearly advertised. It was disgraceful and unprofessional, and they offered no help. I’ll keep calling upper management in the morning until I reach someone who belongs in hospitality.

We checked out today, September 17, after one night that began September 16. We’re traveling across the country to move and were exhausted when we arrived. After getting settled, we went to bathe our one-year-old and found at least six long, dark female hairs in the shower, several pubic hairs, toothpaste splattered on the mirror, and a lot of visible mold. We needed our infant to sleep and were already settled, so I didn’t ask for another room. Housekeeping badly missed the details, and this needs immediate improvement. Apart from that, the stay met expectations.

Really clean place, and the staff were super friendly. The hotel restaurant served good food. Great place to stay.
