Our room had loads of space, and everything in the hotel felt new and up to date. Ron made check-in easy, was friendly and helpful, and even suggested a few dinner spots. There were a couple of small hiccups since we stayed in the first week the hotel was open, but I mentioned them at checkout and the staff thanked me for pointing them out. It’s a beautiful place, and I’d stay again when I’m in the area.

Ron made me feel like we’d known each other forever. He brought me to my room and made sure I had everything I needed, and Crystal was just as great when I checked out. I’m a Hilton Diamond Reserve member, and I haven’t had service like this at any Hilton. The hotel had only just opened and the pool wasn’t ready, which was fine with me. I also really liked the rooms. The whole team deserves credit for a job well done. I’ll stay here whenever I’m back through Raleigh and tell my friends about the place. If you read this, give it a try. The service is top-notch.

The staff have been so welcoming and attentive, especially for a hotel that’s only been open two weeks. There are plenty of restaurants and outlet stores nearby, which makes the location really convenient. The hospitality and customer service deserve an A+. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Everything works, and the new hotel is clean. Ruby Tuesday and Moe's are close by.
