We’ve stayed at a lot of Hiltons, and this was easily the worst one for us. The room was dirty, the shower felt gross, and there was no conditioner. The water pressure was terrible, and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless we used a plunger from maintenance each time. Breakfast was cold and pretty awful. We got the same hot food two days running, just with the sausage and bacon switched around, and none of it was actually hot. The breakfast employees also made it obvious they were looking at my bottom while checking me out. On the second night, kids ran through the halls at 1 a.m., hitting our door as they passed. Another guest walked her dog through the hallway without a leash, nearly causing an incident with our two leashed dogs. The pool was okay, salt water and a comfortable temperature. The front desk men were wonderful and polite at check-in and check-out, and the man cleaning rooms on the third floor kindly brought the conditioner we were missing and extra washcloths. We like Hilton, but after our first stay at a Home2Suites, we won't come back.

Tommy was a standout for us. He greeted us every morning, checked in, and was so good with our daughter. He was always upbeat, and she had an amazing time. Really, everyone was welcoming and friendly. Whenever we needed something, staff took care of it, and we felt treated like family. Louis, I’m sorry if I’ve got your name wrong, was helpful and answered our questions at the end of the stay. The hotel went beyond what we expected. We’ll stay here again, and the staff deserve a raise for all their hard work. You guys rock! 🥰❤️

Tommy at breakfast was especially kind. He set up breakfast at a table for an elderly man staying there for an extended visit, and made sure a woman using a wheelchair was comfortable and had what she needed. The rest of the staff were friendly too. If you're staying in the area, I'd definitely recommend this place.

The whole place was clean and professional, and people were really nice. Tommy is the sunshine of breakfast: he chats with guests and gets you feeling ready for the day. You don't know hospitality until you've stayed here and met him. -Ashlee

Rooms were clean and good, and check-in was quick. The man at the desk asked if we had a floor preference, which was a nice first for me. Breakfast is included, with a fine selection for a Home2 Suites. It’s a quiet, family friendly hotel.
