The staff were fantastic, friendly, polite, and understanding, and seemed happy to have us there. The hotel was extremely clean, from our comfortable, spacious room to the bathroom. We had a desk and mini fridge, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels for our family. The bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, and even shoe shine wipes. They’d folded little flowers from the toilet paper, which my kid absolutely loved. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. Breakfast was huge and had something for everyone. There were pictures of local places in the room and around the hotel. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. We’ll stay here again if we come back to Medford.

The room was spacious and really comfortable, with a big bed, desk, table, couch, and mini fridge. Bathroom was very clean, with a shower curtain extender, good sustainable hygiene products, hair dryer, and enough towels for an average stay. Staff were polite, breakfast had a nice spread, and the clean indoor pool and hot tub stayed open late and were easy to access. There were thoughtful extras, like a postcard in the room and a candy dish at check-in. Thanks for a great overnight stay. I’m definitely going to look into the rewards program.

Mannie, Patricia, and Jason, sorry if I’ve got the name wrong, but I mean the gentleman working there around the clock, were all really nice. Chatting with each of them was a pleasure, and they were the most welcoming people I met in Medford as a new resident. The sheets were clean and the room was nice. The bathroom fan wasn’t strong enough to clear the humidity, so I left the room’s AC running to help. There were ants in the bathroom too, though I didn’t tell management until I left because it didn’t bother me. Hopefully they’ll take care of it. Management seemed more responsible than at the other nearby Comfort Inn. The area had concerned me before I arrived, but I saw no vehicle safety issues and felt fine leaving my car in the lot. My stay was comfortable and felt safe, so I’d recommend it.

The amenities are nice, and I love the hotel and its amazing staff. It’s just way too noisy on the second floor, so I wouldn’t stay there again.

Breakfast was delicious, and the noon checkout was really convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable.
