Courtyard by Marriott Medford Airport

My wife and I came for a family wedding and left feeling like family ourselves. We checked in late and left early, but the Marriott team still made the stay enjoyable. Stanya helped with check-in and checkout and even handled the early coffee. Tera helped print our boarding passes, and Teri and Andrea were wonderful when we needed coffee and breakfast. Thanks to all of them!

After years of choosing this hotel when traveling and flying out of Medford, I won’t be staying here again after my October 2025 visit. I’d brought a satin and lace bathrobe my late mother gave me when I married my late husband. I only took it on trips to places that felt sentimental, where my husband and I had stayed together. I left it hanging in the bathroom by accident and called the hotel once I reached my destination. They never found it. I find that very strange, and can only conclude an employee took it. For me, that’s a deal breaker.

The woman who checked us in was polite, friendly, and gave excellent service. But when we left around 2:30 in the morning for our 5 a.m. airport flight, the woman at the front was rude, dismissive, and no help at all. I’ll find another hotel for my next visit.

It’s only about a five-minute walk to the airport, which is very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cozy bed and pillows. The gym is solid, and the bistro food is tasty. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk and bistro to housekeeping and the shuttle and maintenance team, was really friendly. Everything you need is here.
