Travelodge by Wyndham Presidio San Francisco

It's a reasonably priced base camp for adventure, with parking, close to Preisidio, and friendly staff. The small breakfast was enough to get us going in the morning. The towels could be bigger and better. Sometimes it got a little loud on the round floor from activity above, but it wasn't too bad.

The location was amazing and the rooms were affordable. It's right next to Presidio and the palace, and you can walk endlessly and find beautiful things all around. I loved San Francisco, and this hotel was a big part of why. The manager and staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and so kind and accommodating to my mum and me with our last-minute bookings and changes. They also gave us lots of recommendations around the city. Thank you so much. Love from Malaysia! We'll be back 😼

The location and staff were good, but the room condition was very bad and outdated, and I didn't feel safe. The walls barely blocked sound, and noise kept me awake all night. I even tried earplugs, but they didn't help. I don't think I'd stay here again.

The area is fantastic. The beach and park are an easy 20-minute walk away, Palace of the Fine arts is 10 minutes on foot, and Presidio park is right across the street. There's also a cute deli and corner store and a pizza place next door. The rooms are on the small side. Ours was on the third floor, and some curtains looked like they might have a little mold, perhaps in the shower too. The shower and bathroom were cramped, especially if you're tall or larger. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice and full. The parking lot is small, but street parking is available.
