The St. Regis San Francisco

The St Regis SF is beautiful, with great city views and a restaurant offering lovely breakfast and dinner options. Service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Gilbert at the front desk and the Concierge team went out of their way to help with our 2 month old baby, including providing a crib that made it much easier to sleep comfortably. It’s one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in SF, and we’ll definitely return.

For our 3 year anniversary, the team surprised us with a really thoughtful, cute treat. It was our first stay at the St. Regis in San Francisco, and it became one of our most memorable experiences. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and had a great range of amenities. The little touches stood out: someone neatly wrapped my cords with velcro, and a staff member checked in during the evening to see if we needed anything, even though housekeeping had already visited earlier. Thanks to Vivian, Samantha, and the whole St. Regis team for making us feel so special. We can’t wait to return! ♥️

The service was professional and impeccable, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. It’s close to everything and mostly quiet, though we still heard a little street noise even from the 12th floor.

I’m local and love hotels, so take that into account. If you’re into a plush room and nice hotel atmosphere and have the budget, this is a great place to treat yourself. I stayed because my friends had a surprise celebration after a wedding and I didn’t want to drive home. The room was lovely, the bed comfy, the layout and space made me happy, and the tub fit me well. Next time I’m bringing a bath bomb because this tub is AMAZING. Gilbert greeted me professionally and kindly, and didn’t judge when my card wouldn’t go through, teehee. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Sankur, I’m sorry, I didn’t ask how to spell your name and this may be wrong. He was attentive and kind when I didn’t like my first dish, and insisted I try something else. I felt bad about bothering the kitchen, but he reassured me. The vibe is great. We work hard for our income, so I’m all for splurging on an awesome room for yourself, your partner, friends, or family. I have anxiety and didn’t feel judged at all. Coming back for my March birthday weekend!!!! Slay.
