The owner was the best part of our stay. He was genuinely friendly and went out of his way to help after a small mix-up with our online booking. We were told new management had fully remodeled the Inn last year, and our spotless room certainly looked the part. The bed was firm but comfortable, good for anyone with back issues, and the A/C was quiet and effective. We also liked the good-sized mini fridge and freezer, plus the safe, convenient location. This was our second stay, and we'll be back next time we're in Oregon. If you'd like to support a lovely small family-owned business and save a little, I recommend booking directly with the owner. He'll point you to the right website.

The renovation work is easy to see at Pine Tree Inn. Everything felt fresh, clean, and cared for, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beds that gave us a great night's sleep. The staff were welcoming and made sure we had what we needed. It's a quiet, safe, affordable place near downtown Medford. We were impressed and will be back.

The new owners have made this so much nicer since it was called Tiki Lodge. Pine Tree has clean, spacious rooms, with a coffee maker, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, and mini fridge. The maid and maintenance service are great, and management is wonderful. I can't say enough good things. You'll be happy staying here!

New owners are pleasant and helpful, and the beds are new. The rooms have been freshly painted and are clean and spacious, with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hair dryer, and iron. Great quality for a low price.

We felt safe here, and the parking area was well lit at night. The staff were kind, the A/C worked great, and everything was extremely clean. It's a very nice place for the price, and we'd stay again :)
