We were going to stay for a week, but left because of how staff treated people. I saw a very polite food delivery driver ask to bring the order through the doors. An employee told him he couldn't come in and had to leave everything on the table. The driver said that wasn't the policy and that he had to deliver to the customer, but the employee insisted it was their policy. Absolutely terrible. This is the worst hotel or suite, if you can call it that, that I've seen in southern Oregon. The people are rude, and there are no working elevators. If you're disabled, watch out, because you're definitely screwed. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything. I'll be posting videos.

The parking lot was nearly empty, with only three vehicles, and I can see why. An employee was rude to a gentleman checking in whose credit card was having an issue. The employee treated him like he was broke, when it was just the card reader. I've never seen such rudeness. I definitely would not stay here. I'd choose the Hilton Homewood suites, or even motel 6, over this place.

The stovetops don't work, the sheets are itchy, and the maid service makes the shinning look like the Hampton. The supervisor seems past her time and hates herself as much as her obviously miserable life. The hotel is new, but the owners' and workers' mentality puts the cart before the horse. If that sounds like your kind of hotel, this is the place for you.
