We picked Hotel Melby for our wedding room block, and our guests loved the downtown Melbourne location. Great cafes, shops, and bars were all within walking distance. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a distinctive modern feel. The rooftop bar became a favorite place for everyone to gather over the weekend. Robert was especially friendly and accommodating, and went out of his way to make the stay feel special. From booking the block through checkout, the whole staff helped everything go smoothly. We can’t recommend it enough for a wedding stay or weekend getaway.

We had a big dinner party at the rooftop restaurant. The food was delicious, and even with one waiter covering our whole table, the food and drinks came out on time. The conch fritters were delectable, and I’d recommend the strawberry lemonade mocktail too. I also had the Florida grouper. It tasted very good, though the serving was quite small, so I’d be happy to pay a little more for a larger portion. The rooftop restaurant is gorgeous, and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. People from different backgrounds were all enjoying themselves together, it was a complete vibe ✨

The Christmas party our company held here felt magical. I loved The Landing and the patios, and there’s a great coffee shop on site. The lobby has lots of spots to sit and take pictures. The rooms were pristine, comfortable, and well stocked. Check-in was simple, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

The rooftop was a great bonus for my 50th birthday stay. We ate at the rooftop restaurant every day, and the food was so enjoyable that we didn’t feel like going out.

Jessica at the landing bar made the night. She was attentive, mixed fantastic drinks, and chatted without being overbearing. Pretty much the ideal bartender. We’d been with family for the last month, so coming here for the night felt like our first real day of vacation. We didn’t enjoy the "landing" as much and ended up at the bar. The food was good too: we split oysters Rockefeller and a ribeye, and those potatoes were unreal. But Jess was the standout. Highly recommend.
