The rooms are clean and accommodating, and the place is affordable and conveniently close to everything. It feels more like home since Barbara, Deb, and Rachel joined the team. They're so nice, keep guests comfortable, and are always willing to help. The WiFi was down for a couple of days, but Barbara and Deb got it fixed promptly. They were also professional and helpful when lots of guests, me included, had questions and concerns. I really appreciate how they made sure people were accommodated. Thanks to all the ladies who go above and beyond for guests!

I've lived here long term because of the location and convenience, and over the past year I've seen a big improvement. There used to be a group of workers and managers who were hard to find and inattentive. Now there's always someone at the desk during front desk hours. Ms. Rachel is especially attentive in the evenings and greets us with a smile, and Ms. Barb has helped things run smoothly.

The furniture was awful, and I wouldn't bring a family here. Still, it was okay enough for me alone for a weekend since I didn't want to find somewhere else at the last minute. I wasn't expecting much, but I was disappointed anyway. The desk staff were really friendly and apologized about the room condition when I arrived. The woman even let me see the room before charging me.

Rachel at reception was so kind and helpful. She made check-in easy, helped me pay each week, and even helped me check out before an early morning departure. After a bad day, being welcomed 'home' by her lifted my spirits. I imagine other guests are away from home too, and that kind of kindness goes a long way.
