The room was cozy and beautiful, and the hotel itself was lovely. Nearly all the staff were wonderful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. But our check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm, and we waited almost two hours. I had to ask again whether the room was ready before we got the key, and they gave us a better room. Room service was a bit pricey. The shuttle woman wouldn't let us board because we had cash instead of a ticket. If the delay and the miserable looking man at the desk hadn't happened, I'd have given it five stars.

We had a great time with the Graceland Christmas package. The Heartbreak Hotel is so much fun, and I loved the decor and the gracious staff. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the amenities were very nice, and the hotel was clean. The continental breakfast was good, too. We'll definitely come back. Can't wait!

Being right across the street from Graceland made the trip so convenient, and the whole stay was wonderful. The hotel is a little old, but everything was clean and comfortable. The price was in line with other hotels, and the whole area felt well protected and secure. We'd make the same trip again anytime. Don't let bad reviews scare you off. I loved it.

My wife and I chose the Heartbreak Hotel for our wedding anniversary trip to Graceland, and the hospitality made our stay amazing. We felt safe and as if we were the only guests there. Special thanks to Mary Calorio and Anna Hamilton for making it more memorable. I'd suggest the Heartbreak Hotel to anyone visiting Graceland. It made our Elvis experience even better.

We didn't know what to expect since our travel agent had booked the room, but the Heartbreak Hotel turned out to be special for us. We were there on an anniversary of Elvis's death, and the friends we made were all there for the same reason. The place was friendly, decorated to suit the 50s era, and the breakfast was very well catered. I think that's where we put on the kilos we brought home to Aussie! It's been a couple of years since we were in the States, but I'm confident the hotel and its atmosphere are still the same. Hope we can stay there on our next visit.
