The hotel was nice and smelled nice, but the service and upkeep were poor for the price and location. My family stayed over Christmas, and a couple of days in, things got unprofessional. We turned in our dirty towels and asked for replacements, but they acted like it was a problem. We knew housekeeping wouldn't be out the day before because of Christmas, so we asked them to clean our rooms the next day. They said we had to notify them within 24 hours. How could we, when they were out the day before? My linen was wet, and they still didn't change the beds while we were out. The dirty linen was left on the floor, the trash wasn't taken out, and we had to make the beds ourselves. Downstairs, they gave us sheets but no pillowcases, and we didn't get comforters either. When the toilet clogged, the front desk guy told me to come get the plunger instead of bringing it to me. There were dogs all over downstairs in the breakfast area, and they weren't service dogs. My daughter has asthma, and she and I have allergy issues. Trash was left in the hallway too. The staff were very unfriendly.

The faucet was broken when I checked in, but Donald at the kind front desk got me into another room quickly. Clean, kind staff, including the three staff and the breakfast crew. No place is without issues. Five stars.

The beds were really comfortable, which helped, since the room was smaller than I'm used to. I managed with my friend, though switching rooms was a hassle after we'd already unloaded the luggage. We arrived to find ants in the room. Sidney on staff was nice, and that made a bad situation easier.

Kim was great and gave us some fantastic food recommendations. It's a nice place with friendly staff. We stopped for four days, but never once managed to get bath towels changed. Other than that, a great place.

The location's nice, with some good restaurants nearby, but turning left out of the parking lot can be tricky, so be careful. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was adequate, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The toilet barely flushed.
