The housekeeper was nice, but the staff were rude and unprofessional, especially the man working in the morning. He was racist and called me the n-word, even though I'm Native American. They don't allow visitors, and although breakfast is advertised, they don't offer it. The bathroom was disgusting, as if the tub hadn't been cleaned with bleach in weeks or maybe months. They wouldn't give me extra towels either. A totally horrible stay, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The room smelled bad and was dirty, including the bathroom and bed linens. I went back to the office to ask for another room, but the attendant at the counter, an Indian man with glasses, was rude and aggressive. He refused to exchange it and wouldn't help us because I didn't accept the room, even though many rooms were vacant. While trying to sort it out, I also noticed prostitution and illegal activity on the property.

The place looked spotless, and you could smell how clean it was as soon as I came in. The jacuzzi took more than an hour to fill to a decent level because the water pressure was so weak. Apart from that, I had a very nice stay.
