The staff are terrific, all smiles, right? But the front desk is just the front desk. My room flooded, there were no towels, bugs in the corner, and mildew on the dresser by the bed. I have asthma, so breathing that in was a problem. This isn't a good place to stay overnight. Ask if you want to know more, I have plenty of photos of that horrible visit.
We checked out right away and luckily got both nights refunded. The rooms were dirty, and I didn't feel like my car with out-of-state plates was safe in the lot. There was a sketchy guy walking back and forth to the hotel, and the person meant to be at the desk was sitting on a couch watching TV. The neighborhood looked terrible to me, with abandoned buildings behind and beside the hotel. When we pulled up to check in, two police cars sped around a corner. In my opinion, that wasn't a good sign.
The service was excellent, but the rooms were nasty and the hallways smelled awful. If you're looking to bring a sneaky link, this could work. For a romantic stay or a comfortable night's sleep, go somewhere else.
They need to replace everything here. The sheets and bedspread weren't clean, and neither the toilet nor the tub had been cleaned properly. It's horrible. They just want to make money.
We stayed at the West Memphis Days Inn on 9-30-2017. The room was very nice, and breakfast was great. 😃
