The rooms were fine, but the breakfast ladies were the highlight of our stay. The biscuits and gravy were homemade and so good that we kept talking about them. Maybe they were family recipes. I’m on a weight-loss journey, but that breakfast was spectacular.

The breakfast area felt too small for how many people wanted to use it during our stay. The suites themselves were clean, modern, comfortable, and a good size. The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating with our few special requests. I’d happily stay there again next time I’m in Memphis.

The rooms were great and the breakfast was excellent, and Beale Street is close enough to walk to. Parking cost too much at $30 a day, with valet run by a separate company. There was no concierge or shuttle to the airport or Amtrak. I only found out about the trolley too late, and would’ve liked to ride it. The full costs need to be disclosed. Each guest came home to additional charges on my card.

The room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of amenities and fluffy towels. At breakfast there were lots of options, and the customer service was friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. This was my first stay at this location, and it’s one of the better downtown Memphis hotels. I’ll definitely come back.

Kim, Quida, and Monique were kind and helpful every day, and my son and I really appreciated their service. The breakfast was excellent, with sausages, eggs, biscuits, muffins, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffee, and more. Our room was clean and spacious, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere. I’d highly recommend Springhill suites.
